Trevor is at the center of ensuring accurate, reliable drug screening that supports informed decision-making in healthcare, legal, and child welfare settings. He is committed to public safety and the well-being of individuals and families affected by substance abuse. "I strive to provide a sense of purpose through contributing to accountability, recovery efforts, and positive community outcomes."


With a background in military service, Trevor understands the importance of maintaining strict confidentiality in handling sensitive client information in accordance with HIPAA

guidelines. He works to assure solid management of chain-of-custody procedures to maintain accuracy, integrity, and legal defensibility of all drug screening

results


Trevor also served as a Boys & Girls Club Mentor supervising children during study hall and organizing goal oriented activities.

treatment, social services, and the legal field. Highly trained in addictive, behavioral, and

psychological issues with a strong foundation in Christian counseling. She is skilled in individual and group therapy, life coaching, and community outreach, with a passion for helping individuals and families to achieve lasting growth and recovery. "I am passionate about helping individuals and families overcome challenges and achieve lasting growth. Through counseling, mentorship, and community support, I guide people toward healing, personal development, and reaching their full potential."

Ray monitors and creates mandated training in Cornerstone and Google. Helping JACJL to stay on the leading edge of new policies and procedures, Ray stays current with DHCS Management, Department of Corrections, Pardon and Parole, Sex Offender Registry, and Child Protective Services checking for all contractors annually. He tracks training updates for all contractors and issues email warnings of out-of-date items. Ray is often consulted on strategic direction to expand the business into AL and then TN. Ray says, "I don't mind lending an ear for anyone needing computer help, or even just to complain about anything."

Christy serves as a foundational pillar of the operations team, providing high-level support to the VP of Operations while managing a diverse portfolio of essential company functions. In her role, she maintains a critical focus on compliance, overseeing the rigorous verification of contractor credentials and ensuring all required training protocols are fully up to date. ​Known for her versatility and proactive approach, Christy is a key cross-departmental collaborator who ensures daily operations run seamlessly. Whether she is streamlining administrative workflows, or navigating complex compliance standards, her dedication to excellence and her "all-hands-on-deck" mentality make her an invaluable asset to the entire organization.

Sherrie brings a unique array of skills to her position with an extensive background in corporate business and accounting. She handles the billing work load and accounts receivables on a day-to-day basis. Administrative work is her default.


Owning a media production company for 37 years, Sherrie understands the value of trusted business relationships and long term commitments. She also know a thing, or two about marketing and branding. Sherrie's love for families began when she was a Preschool & Children's Director as she served her local community and had to manage many difficult family dynamics. "I enjoy working for a company that really cares about kids and families and one that can make a positive life-changing impact for them."
